Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment and cancellation policy per 1/01/2025:
- Reservation more than 6 months before arrival
o 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o 40% non-refundable 6 months before arrival
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 3 months before arrival - Reservation between 2 and 6 months before arrival date:
o 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 3 months before arrival - Reservation 3 months or less before arrival:
o Full amount payable at reservation - No Show / Early Departure – Guests responsible for full Reservation Value
You reservation is only confirmed after your first payment is received within 5 working days. Reservation will be automatically cancelled when payment is not received, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Only check-in after full payment receipt. We keep the right to ask a credit card deposit for the total amount of your stay, when the payment has not reflected in our bank-account at check-in. The deposit will be returned when the total amount of your stay is received.
Subject to re-letting the rooms, refunds will be at management's discretion. As with all other reservations also your "Accommodation" can be secured through an "International Cancellation Contract"
