Room 4 - Bella-Fang Studio
Bella Fang Studio is one of our two premium rooms. It offers a private roof terrace with magnificent views over False Bay, the mountains and the vineyards. Its private terrace is accessible via an outside spiral staircase.
Life is: Enjoying a glass of wine under the twinkling stars on the roof terrace of Bella Fang Studio after a long day of exploring the Western Cape or playing golf on one of the many golf courses in the vicinity.
Bella Fang Studio offers two single beds converted to a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. A small kitchen is installed with a double stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee-machine. The room is equipped with a dining bar and is fully self-catering.
Bella Fang is one of our 2 premium studios and offers free Wifi of excellent quality (fiber), satellite TV (flatscreen), safe, hairdryer. The air-conditioning can also be used as a heater. The private terrace, with 2 sunbeds and a patio set seating 4, is accessible via an outside spiral staircase and is overlooking False Bay, the mountains and the vineyards.
Bella Fang offers a lot of privacy and is ideal for business travelers and shorter or medium stays or ideal in combination with one of our luxury apartments when you visit us in group.

Booking Terms
Payment and cancellation policy per 15/7/2021:
- Reservation more than 6 months before arrival
o 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o 40% non-refundable 6 months before arrival
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 3 months before arrival - Reservation between 2 and 6 months before arrival date:
o 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 3 months before arrival - Reservation 3 months or less before arrival:
o Full amount payable at reservation - No Show / Early Departure – Guests responsible for full Reservation Value
Subject to re-letting the rooms, refunds will be at management's discretion. As with all other reservations also your "Accommodation" can be secured through an "International Cancellation Contract"
