Gecko Apartment is an open plan apartment and offers a king size bed (2 single beds combined), walk-in cupboard, en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower. The new, self-designed bedside lamps have an USB-connector for safe charging of your mobile phone or tablet during the night.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee-machine. The apartment furthermore offers a dining bar which can be extended to 4 seats and a lounge with a sleeper couch suitable for 2 children. This apartment is perfect for short and long stays.
Gecko Apartment has air-conditioning, which also operates as a heater during cooler nights or wintertime. All our premium apartments have a Samsung Smart TV. Feel free to log in with your Netflix account or stream your favorite TV-channels from home.
Morgen Guesthouse offers free Wifi of excellent quality (fibre) all over the premises and satellite TV in each room. Guests staying in Gecko Apartment can make use of the small garden with 2 sun loungers and a big private terrace for 4.

Booking Terms
Payment and cancellation policy per 15/7/2021:
- Reservation more than 6 months before arrival
o 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o 40% non-refundable 6 months before arrival
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 2 months before arrival - Reservation between 2 and 6 months before arrival date:
o 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 2 months before arrival - Reservation 2 months or less before arrival:
o Full amount payable at reservation - No Show / Early Departure – Guests responsible for full Reservation Value
Subject to re-letting the rooms, refunds will be at management's discretion. As with all other reservations also your "Accommodation" can be secured through an "International Cancellation Contract"
