Ingadi Studio is one of our two self-catering studios overlooking the new garden and swimming pool. The room has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
A wall mounted flatscreen TV with Satellite TV is standard. Free Wifi of excellent quality (fiber) is included. The aircon keeps your room fresh in the summer and warm during the winter. There is a small desk to install your laptop or put on your make up for a night out.
Ingadi Studio offers a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, double stove, microwave, fridge, and all necessary crockery and cutlery to be a self-caterer. This room is ideal for business travelers and short and medium stays. Also ideal in combination with one of our luxury apartments when you visit us as a group.

Booking Terms
Booking terms per 01/01/2025:
- Reservation more than 6 months before arrival
o 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o 40% non-refundable 6 months before arrival
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 3 months before arrival - Reservation between 2 and 6 months before arrival date:
o 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking
o Remaining 50% non-refundable 3 months before arrival - Reservation 3 months or less before arrival:
o Full amount payable at reservation - No Show / Early Departure – Guests responsible for full Reservation Value
Your reservation is only confirmed after your first payment is received within 5 working days. Reservation will be automatically cancelled when payment is not received, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Only check-in after full payment receipt.
Accepted payment options:
- Bank transfer into our bank account at FNB Bank or Capitec Bank
- Via secured credit card link. We accept: VISA, Mastercard and Diners Club.
- No cash payments are accepted
Subject to re-letting the rooms, refunds will be at management's discretion. As with all other reservations also your "Accommodation" can be secured through an "International Cancellation Contract"
Other Terms:
- All rates can be changed without prior announcement. Rates and specials on the Nightsbridge booking portal are leading. You will find these under the "Book Now" button.
- Discounts are only applicable for direct bookings at the Guesthouse and are not applicable on rates on third party websites like for example: Booking.com, Expedia, Lekkeslaap, AirBnB etc.

- No same day bookings, unless guest has booked before with us. Late arrival terms apply. Booking has to be made before 16h00, check-in only after 16h00. Reservations only by phone.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights during high season.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights during low season when check-in on Friday or Saturday. Check-in on Sunday to Thursday we accept 1 night reservations.
- From November 1 until March 31 adults only, no children under 15. On discretion of management we can allow children with a minimum age of 12 years, but under strict conditions. During low season minimum age is 5 years.
- Arrival after 7PM will be charged at R 200.- per checked in room, unless:
- Arrival by car: notification minimum 24 hours upfront, check-in not later then 22h00.
- Arrival by plane: Late arrivals are free of charge for late flights arriving at Cape Town Airport and when we have received the flight number minimum 24 hours upfront, also applicable for arrivals after 22h00, but not later then 2 hours after arrival of the plane at Cape Town International Airport.
- All rooms are booked room only and breakfast is optional at a fee.
- Maximum 2 guests per room, unless agreed different. Only low season we might accept an extra person - 15 years or younger - on the sleeping couch (only Room 1, 2 and 3), only on decision of management.
- Corporate / Business rates are sent on request. Additional terms and conditions apply and are on the rate sheet we will send.
- Everything not mentioned is on decision of management.
Indemnity Notice:
By making a reservation at Morgen Guesthouse you automatically accept that you enter and use the premises of Morgen Boutique Guesthouse at your own risk. You hereby agree to waive all claims of whatsoever cause or nature against the owners, their associated tenants, employees and any other fellow guest, as a result of harm, injury, death or damage suffered whilst on these premises, arising out of an act or omission of the persons herein indemnified. You hereby indemnify the owners , their associated tenants, employees and any other fellow guests, against any claim of whatsoever nature on behalf of your spouse, your children (minor adult), relative or any other person accompanying you on the premises arising out of an act of omission of the persons herein indemnified. Right of admission reserved.
